Welcome to the Coagulation Section of Clinical Pathology.

Coagulation studies analyze the multiple factors of the blood that interact to create the coagulation cascade which results in a fibrin clot. This area test for deficiencies or increased levels to determine presence of disease and therapeutic levels required to assist with the goal of quality patient care.
