Only test kits and instrumentation approved of by the POC Committee may be utilized in testing of LSUHSC-Shreveport patients. This is applicable in both the inpatient and outpatient areas. completion of assessment, the POC Supervisor makes appropriate recommendation
with substantiating documentation to the POC Committee who will approve
or decline the request.
